From a young apprentice Ashley Wadds worked his way through his apprenticeship in Electrical while working on major contracts with CBA and tier 1 builders. Ashley decided in 2009 to venture out on his own starting a business as a sole trader.
The business out grew it's small structure once Wadds Data and Electrical Services took on work with the eduction department mostly working on school upgrades, Ashley closed Wadds Data and Electrical Services and transferred his REC to the new company entity Wadds Industries Group Pty Ltd.
Wadds Industries Group Pty Ltd was formed in August 2012. Teaming up with his brother Brad who is a highly skilled refrigeration mechanic / technician they both spent many years installing air conditioning systems to customers right across the Mornington Peninsula, Frankston and Melbourne regions.
With further industry training and experience we selected core members to assist our company to delve into a third division in Fire Protection and Life Safety.
By 2014 Wadds Industries Group P/L had recruited additional staff to fulfill the work which now had branched into Electrical and HVAC divisions. Between our experience we have worked for councils, schools, defence, farms, offices,
16 Years on from our humble beginnings our team is made up from a group of licensed technicians specialising in each field who work closely with our clients from start to finish.
We remain focused on delivering superior services and we pride ourselves on ensuring our clients are our priority.
